dc.description.abstract	This publication presents the details of the Fourth Year’s (1983-84) Programmes of the Sixth Five Year Plan 1980-85, along with the actuals for 1980-81, 1981-82 and the budgeted and the revised outlays for 1982-83. the outlay provided in the State Sector for 1983-84 is Rs. 320.00 crores. Besides, a provision of Rs. 46.39 crores is included for Centrally Sponsored Schemes. If the additional outlays for schemes having special central assistance of Rs. 3.50 crores for anti-area erosion, Rs. 4.00 crores for accelerated development of Western Ghats, Rs. 30. 10 lakhs on E.S.I. Schemes towards the share of E.S.I. Corporation and Rs. 1.90 lakhs representing the contribution from the Labour Welfare Fund Board are also taken into account, the gross Plan outlay for 1983-84 will be Rs. 374.21 crores.
