Abstract

The Department of Health & Family Welfare has the commitment to provide Basic Health Care to all people through integrated Health Care Delivery System. Basing on this a new Social order on equality, freedom, justice and dignity of the individual where poverty, ignorance and ill-health are to be overcome and eliminated. The main thrust of the Department during the 10th Five Year Plan will be achieving of the infrastructure gaps. This will involve integration the existing infrastructure and upgrade modernize the District Hospitals in the state.
