Abstract

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to this National Conference on Planning Experience in India. The Conference is, as you know, being organised as part of the year-long commemmoration of the 40th Anniversary of India's Independence, and the Birth Centenary of the Father of Indian Planning, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
