Abstract

Out of the aggregate Rs. 57,29 lakhs, Rs. 16.77 lakhs are provided for agricultural and rural development. When broken down Rs. 12,84.3 lakhs are provided for agriculture, Rs. 92.5 lakhs on veterinary and animal husbandry, Rs. 1.5 lakhs on dairying and milk supply, Rs. 125 lakhs on forests, Rs. 39 lakhs on cooperation, Rs. 10.6 lakhs on fisheries and Rs. 124.7 lakhs on rural development. Reclamation of Waste Land Nearly 33 lakhs of acres of cultivable waste land is available in Bihar.
