Abstract

The table shows that 17.41 % of the total outlay for the year 1968-69 was earmarked for the Agricultural Programmes, while the Agriculture sector including ancillary activities such as Irrigation, Community Development, Panchayats and Co-operation accounted for 49.46% of the total outlay. Power, Industry and Mining and Transport and Communications represented 39.75 % of the total outlay.
