Annual Plan 1975-76 Himachal Pradesh

Abstract

For the achievement of the cherished socio-economic objectives laid down in our Constitution, the main emphasis in the plan process in this Pradesh has been ”Growth with Social Justice”. In pursuance of this objective, detailed programmes for increased production in the agricultural sector as well as in the industrial sector have been drawn up. Basic infrastructure will be provided by the co-operatives and State corporations through which timely availability of various inputs will he ensured. Comparatively short supply of inputs like cement, iron and steel, fertilisers etc. arrested the growth rate to a certain extent.
