Abstract

The approved outlay form year 1979-80 is Rs. 19 .00 cores which includes Rs. 2.21 crores Available as loan from R.E.C The anticipated expenditure is likely be 20.57 crore which Includes Rs. 2.72 crores as the loan. Thus the likely excess over outlay including R.E.C. loan is of the order of Rs. 1.54 crores which is spread over all the schemes. During the course of discussion with Chief it was indicated that additional Rs. 200 crores can be made available to the same as loan. New schemes are under preparation, but as per the present assessment it may not be possible to draw loans over Rs. 2.72 crores. However, efforts are being made to get the new schemes cleared.
