Abstract

An evaluation of the training programme for subordinate or junior level cooperative personnel, including member education was undertaken by the Programme Evaluation Organisation during the year 1967-68 at the instance of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Cooperation). A working group consisting of the representatives of the Department of Cooperation, National Cooperative Union of India, Agriculture Division of the Planning Commission and the P.E.O. was constituted for designing the schedules, questionnaires and guide points for the study.
