Abstract

The survey and investigation works of the project have been completed and the project report has already been submitted to CEA and Planning Commission for necessary action. CEA is presently scrutinising the project report. The combined estimated cost of the project, for stage. I & II amounts to Rs. 776 lakhs and cost of generation is estimated to be 41.34 paise per unit. Though the project is included in the 7th plan, no work has been taken up on the project during the current year. During the year 1988-89 also, no work has been envisaged in the project. As such, no proposal for allocation against this project has been made.
