Abstract
South West Monsoon has set in on 18th June with a delay of about 11 days as compared to previous year. During the South west monsoon period the rainfall position in the State as a whole was normal, but it was deficient in Rayalaseema and Telangana Regions. Rainfall recorded in the State was 538 mm against the normal of 634 mm.
