dc.description.abstractDadra & Nagar Haveli became a separate Territory (UT) in 1961 after it was merged with the Union of India. Efforts are being made to improve resource mobilisation by efficient enforcement of taxes permitted to be levied by Govt, of India. The main sources of revenue are Land Revenue, Stamp and Registration fees, State Excise, Sales Tax, Vehicle and Goods Duties.
