Annual Plan Proposals 1978-79 Volume - II Government of West Bengal

Abstract

It has been decided that the on-going Fifth-Five Year Plan will be a Four-year Plan instead of a Five-year Plan initially framed. the present Plan will, therefore, terminate on 31st March, 1978. the Annual Plan, 1978-79 will commence from 1st April,1978. It will cover the first year of the new Plan, the outlines of which are yet to be drawn up and finalised.
