Abstract
The economy of the State is mostly agrarian and than 70% of the population depends on agriculture their living. But only about 25% of the total area under cultivation. According.. to 1981 census total of operational holdings was 3.08 lakhs of which,3. holdings were up to 4 hectare. The average size of holding is 1.07 hectare.
