Draft Eighth Five Year Plan 1990-95 Volume : IV General Areas Government of Assam

Abstract

The Planning Commission prescribed the targets for connectivity of Villages by the end of 7th plan for achievement as 100% for Villages having Population more than 1500 and 50% for Villages having Population between 1000 and 1500. These objectives have by and large been achieved in the State of Assam at the end of 7th plan.
