Draft Annual Plan 2004 - 2005 Volume I

Abstract

The year 2004-2005 is the 3rd year of 10th Five Year Plan for which a total outlay of Rs. 1665 crores for five years has been fixed. The financial progress upto the end of the Annual Plan 2003-2004 is anticipated to be Rs. 40500.00 lakhs whereas outlay for Annual Plan 2004-05 is proposed at Rs. 72698.80 lakhs. This projection has been arrived at after taking into consideration the overall resource availability. Coming to the overall fiscal scenario, states own resource for financing the Annual Plan 2004-05 has reached Rs. 28.32 crores this year whereas, BCR is estimated at Rs (-) 2.22 crores.
