Draft Annual Plan 2010-2011 Government of Mizoram

Abstract

While the agreed outlay for Eleventh Five Year Plan (2007 - 2012) is Rs. 5,534.00 crores, the successive Approved Annual Plan outlays for the first 3(three) years are Rs. 850.00 crores (2007 - 2008), Rs. 1,000.00 crores (2008 - 2009) and Rs. 1,250.00 crores (2009 - 2010) respectively. As usual practice the Planning Commission, Govt, of India instructed the State Government to prepare Draft Annual Plan for 2010-2011. which is the fourth year of the Eleventh Five Year Plan) by 10% increase of the Central support. However, Draft Annual Plan for 2010 - 2011 has been prepared within a total outlay of Rs. 1625.00 crores which is 30% increase over and above the preceding Annual Plan (2009 - 2010) outlay of Rs. 1,250.00 crores.
