Abstract
The approved outlay for the Eighth Five Year Plan (1992-97) of Haryana was of the order of Rs. 5700.00 crore. However, the total of revised outlays of the five Annual Plans amounted to Rs. 5257.73 crore. Against this revised outlay an expenditure of Rs. 4903.58 crore has been incurred showing a performance level of 93.3%.
