Abstract

The Annual Plan of 1980-81 is prepared with the concept and programme approve for implementation during the 6th. Five Year Plan period. the basic objective of this Plan is to do away the unscientific shifting (Jhum) cultivation and augmentation of food production. I addition to the basic problems of Agriculture in the country, some inherent local problems had so for stood in the way in breaking through the technological and methodological changes.
