dc.description.abstractThe growing population, its overwhelming dependence on agriculture, slow pace of economic development in the spheres of agriculture and industry, and increasing unemployment are some of the major problems of this State. Engaged in all round economic development of the people, this State participated in three Five Year Plans and three Annual Plans and embarked upon the Fourth Plan along with the rest of the country.
