Abstract

As the time available for the study group was considerably limited the approach taken for the study is broad based rather than ideal micro level productivity studies at various units levels. Simultaneous with the study a re-organisation of the civil aviation sector is also taking place with redefinition of responsibilities to various constituent units. Further there had been limitations with respect to ready availability of the required data from constituent units.
