Fourth Five-Year Plan (1969-74) Mid-Term Appraisal

Abstract

The outlay fixed for the Fourth Five-Year Plan of the Union Territory of Delhi is Rs 162.65 crores. This outlay is in the nature of Central Assistance. The benefit of additional resource mobilization has to be given over and above this amount. At the time of the formulation of the Fourth Five- Year Plan of this Territory, the Planning Commission had assessed that the extra revenues accruing through the measures of additional taxation in the Fourth Plan period would be of the order of Rs 16.52 crores.
