The Tenth Five Year Plan (2002-07) document on Agriculture Infrastructure / Warehousing I Rural Godowns I Marketing I Post-Harvest Management, Processing and Cold Storage, Trade and Export Promotion, the assignment of which was given to me to co-ordinate and prepare a consolidated document nearly 6 months back. the entire exercise was taken on a war footing to prepare this document which is in your hand.
