Revised Plan - Manipur

Abstract

Copies of revised Second Five Year Plan for this State for various subjects have already been submitted to the Planning Commission and in the respective ministries of the Govt., of India. Although the plans as submitted conform to the specifications and were substantially correct, since the revision was done most hurriedly, there were a large number of omissions and errors. I enclose herewith a. copy of the consolidated revised plan for the State after amplification and correction wherever required. Sixty copies are being dispatched separately to the Planning Commission.
