Abstract

Nursery Education covering children of 3 to 5 years of age is very important. During the Second Five-Year Plan, it was intended to add these classes in all the ten Government Normal Schools for girls then in existence but owing to the over all cut in the Second Plan ceiling these classes could be opened only in three Government Normal Schools for girls at Sitapur, Budaun and Jhansi.
