Abstract

The creation of a separate Ministry of Irrigation and Power was announced on the 13th Alay, 1952. Separation of the work and personnel from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Scientific Research took sometime and this Ministry began to function as a separate entity from the 1st August, 1952.
