Abstract

The Heavy Engineering Corporation is establishing the Foundry Forgo and Heavy Machine Building Plant at Hatia near Ranchi. It was decided that the power demands of industries Hut in should be met by installing a power station of 100.0 Megawatt capacity. The equipment for the power station consisting of two units of 50.0 Megawatt each is being obtained from U.S.S.R. under the Indo-Soviet Trade Agreement.
