Abstract

The Planning Commission study on the Irrigation & Power Division (December 1968) evaluates organizational structure, workflows, and operational efficiency, with a particular focus on the Irrigation Wing. The study identifies inefficiencies in supervisory roles, work allocation, and information management, emphasizing the need for a robust information system to improve planning, monitoring, and evaluation of irrigation projects.
