Abstract
The Working Group held four meetings at Delhi on 13.9.1983, 8.11.1983, 17.11.1983 and 14.12.1983. Regional meetings cover in each State/Union Territory, in the region were held on 12.1.1904( Gandhi Nagar) , 20.1.1984(Calcutta) , 24.1,1984(Gauhati) and 3.2.1984(Delhi) in which representatives of the States and. Union Territories in the region participated.
